So, the band that inspired Middle Age Rocker, 4 years down the road, has finally released some original music. It's a four song EP consisting entirely of songs written by band members back in the day. The first track is Reeb3's amazing "Gotta Get Outta Here" written in the 1990s. The closing track is Strum's song "Workingman's Daughter" that used to be known as "Moonlight on the River" premiered by a trio ironically called The Reeb3 in New Brunswick, NJ, in, what was it, 1982! I'm biased, of course, but I think it's a pretty good EP with some great keyboard and sax stuff. Much as we might want to sound modern, we can't break away from our vintage roots.
